The Manor Cottages
The Manor Cottages are luxury rental units owned by Hampden-Sydney College.
They are located directly across from the mansion. Many of our rental clients have found these to be invaluable for close lodging and for staging areas.
These are two-bedroom, two-bath, full kitchen, full living room and full dining room units overlooking both the mansion and The Manor Golf Course.
Rentals are done directly through The Manor Cottage website (click here for link).

***UPDATE - Due to schedule renovations the cottages will only be for rent until June 30th 2025 until the remodeling is completed later this year. There are many other lodging options 5 miles away in the town of Farmville.***
